BACKGROUND NOTE: The National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) Hyderabad, India, was set up in 1962. Over the years, it had emerged as a pioneer in the field of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) development. It played a major role in fostering the progress of MSMEs in the country, leading to their success and prosperity.. CHALLENGES IN MOVING AHEAD: COVID-19: In April 2020, the adverse impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was felt the world over. India came under a lockdown, which affected businesses badly. One of the industries most impacted was the garment industry. People stopped buying garments and the retailers in turn canceled their orders. Several orders that V3HUB was executing were canceled.. WAY FORWARD: Even as they were grappling with these problems, Esha called her friends Swara and Sindhuri in early 2021 and said she wanted to leave V3HUB as she wanted to set up her own business at a different location. This left the two friends wondering what to do about V3HUB...
